In 2020, 120,000 lbs. of trash was removed, 43,000 lbs. of organic material composted, 90,000 lbs. of fresh produce grown, 18 green spaces transformed, 2 gardens renovated, and an oyster reef was reintroduced to Manhattan. As co-chair, Darcy oversees the organization's affairs and drives equity & inclusion throughout NYC.

Darcy serves on the Board and the Executive Committee to evaluate and approve the organizations growth and evolution in the NYC affordable housing arena.
Nontraditional Employment for Women helps women gain economic independence and build a stable future for themselves and their families by preparing, training, and placing them in skilled construction, utility, and maintenance trades. Darcy enjoyed her time adding women to the construction workforce through constructive work with the Board and organization.
Founded in 1995, Chashama partners with property owners to convert empty real estate into affordable studios for artists to use and display their work, aiming to make art accessible to all. By serving on the directorial board, Darcy offered her continued support to artists in New York City.
