Ajay is responsible for overseeing various aspects of global operations in his role as COO of Millennium and as a member of the Senior Management Team. He draws on his experience as a Managing Director and Head of Prime Services at Barclays, where he led various lines of business, including Fixed Income Financing and Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage.
After serving as Managing Director at J.P. He then moved internally to work in equity, serving as a managing director and Global Head of Equities Sales.
Ajay sits on the board of several nonprofit organizations including Echoing Green, a network of industry leaders that encourages diversity and racial equality. He is also a Trustee of Morristown-Beard School, and is an Advisory Board Member of the President’s Leadership Council at Brown University.
