Before joining ReputationDefender, Chad held the position of Vice President of Sales and Service at Zillow, an online real estate marketplace, after serving as Vice President of Sales at Policygenius.

In 2020, he assumed the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Safety Services Company, a provider of workplace safety and compliance training.
