David J. Adler is a New York-based attorney who serves as General Counsel to the Randa Apparel & Accessories group of companies (RAA), a global leader in apparel and accessories.

RAA’s over 100 years of expertise has enabled it to become one of the world’s leading fashion, clothing and lifestyle accessories companies. RAA’s companies include Randa Accessories, Haggar Clothing Co., Totes Isotoner, Tribal, Randa UK, Tata Accesorios Globales, Equator (Randa South Africa) and Ransal Australia. RAA operates a portfolio of more than 40 licensed brands across all channels of distribution for such fashion leaders as Levis®, Dickies®, Calvin Klein®, Guess® and Tommy Hilfiger®.

David has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law. He is a highly-regarded practitioner with recognized expertise across a variety of specialized and divergent fields. David has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law. He is a highly-regarded practitioner with recognized expertise across a variety of specialized and divergent fields. A practiced negotiator and skilled architect, he has overseen the purchase, sale, merger and reorganization of numerous companies in the public and private sectors. He has counselled Audit and Special Investigations Committees and has served as a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors. He has provided counselling in public and private offerings, corporate governance, joint ventures and a wide range of commercial and banking transactions. In his role as General Counsel at RAA, he also provides advice in the areas of employment, compensation, licensing, financing and insurance.

Since 2015, David has served as Of Counsel to the New York law firm of Eiseman, Levine Lehrhaupt & Kakoyiannis, PC. Earlier in his career, David was a partner in the law firms of Golenbock and Barell and Olshan Frome & Wolosky LLP.

David holds a JD from the New York University School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Virginia. He served in the United States Army Reserves.
