Diane Seymour-Williams’ Biography

Diane holds board and advisory positions across wealth tech, private equity and venture capital, including publicly listed Patria Private Equity Trust and Mercia Asset Management plc and SEI ( Europe), a subsidiary of a c.$10bn Nasdaq listed company.

She has vast experience across the investment management industry as a leader and practitioner in global boutiques and also larger firms. Diane started her career as a portfolio manager, became CIO and subsequently as a CEO, building businesses, structuring funds and leading distribution and client teams.

Following executive positions focused on public markets and extensive international experience, particularly in Asia, Diane’s plural career now leans towards private markets. In addition to her NED positions, she is an independent member of the Valuations Committee for Chrysalis Investments Limited.

Diane is a pro bono member of the investment committees of Newnham College, Cambridge and the Canal & River Trust.
