Håkan has three decades of experience in financial services, developing expertise in many areas and earning a strong global reputation. Prior to KingsRock, he was Global Head of Debt Origination, Capital Markets & Treasury Solutions at Deutsche Bank, where he led the world’s largest global debt underwriting operation. Earlier, he was the firm’s Head of European Capital Markets Origination, a group focused on capital raising and risk management for corporations, financials and governments.

Håkan is also a strategic advisor in the global asset management sector.
Previously, he was a Board member and Vice Chair of ICMA (International Capital Markets Association), a non-profit membership association for firms in global capital markets. He also served as a Trustee of the Kent School, a boarding school in New England affiliated to the Episcopal Church.
Håkan has a M.Sc in Business Administration from Stockholm University and undertook graduate economic studies at Harvard University. He has the FINRA Qualifications SIE, Series 24, 79, 82, and Series 63.
