Katie Partridge is the Founder and CEO of Saphira Group, a private investment and advisory firm headquartered in London, with a presence in the US and the Middle East.

Saphira Group is composed of four distinct verticals, Private Office, Real Estate, Technology Partners and Advisory Services, collectively “Saphira Group”.

In addition to running Saphira Group, Katie is also the Head of GCC Strategy for TMP Holdings and TMP Metals, the multi-billion dollar private enterprise. Katie has also been recently appointed to be the President of Lifetoken Inc, a web3 universal tokenised rewards platform.

Katie is also the Founder and Chairwoman of Johara Global, a social enterprise organisation that fosters female leadership and cross-cultural understanding between the Middle East and the West via tailored leadership, social entrepreneurship and mentorship programmes.

Her institutional investment career includes working at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse First Boston and Caledonia Investments plc. Before that, she served as a Managing Director at Hannam & Partners (previously Strand Partners), a privately owned merchant bank that specialises in corporate finance and M&A transactions in financial services and commodities.

Katie believes in making a difference at grassroots levels exemplified by being a Founding Trustee of The Childhood Trust (“CHT”), a charity that supports the alleviation of childhood poverty and early development struggles of children in London.
