Simon McWilliams is a highly respected finance executive with extensive experience in scaling, institutionalising, and transforming multi-billion-dollar investment management firms, with a focus on hedge funds and private equity. Simon holds an MBA from IE Business School, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class; a Master’s in Finance from INSEAD; and a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA).

Away from business, Simon has a keen eye for contemporary art and an appreciation of fine wines. An avid long-distance runner, he has run countless marathons and ultra-distance events.

Simon devotes time to charitable pursuits and is a dedicated supporter of Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Trust. He raised over £60,000 by running 10 marathons in 10 days, funded new blankets, commissioned a permanent artwork installation by Andy Burgess, and loaned several pieces of art to the hospital.
