Dr. Vladimir Stolyarenko is a seasoned expert in finance, corporate restructuring, and crisis management, with over three decades of experience across various industries, including financial services, energy, and media. He is widely recognised for his turnaround strategies that integrate practical and academic expertise in both finance and law.

Most recently, he served as a partner at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co., a prominent law firm specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure he demonstrated his capacity to facilitate significant legal transformations.

Previously, he served, between 1998 and 2012, as President and Chairman of the Executive Board and, between 2012 and 2014, as Non-Executive Chairman of the Supervisory Board, of Evrofinance Mosnarbank, a majority privately-owned financial institution.

Earlier, he worked as Head of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch and then in Moscow as the Senior Vice President of Bank Imperial, a privately held financial institution based in Moscow.
