Vlad Doronin is a prominent global investor and developer specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. With over three decades of expertise and an impressive record of completing 84 buildings encompassing 80 million square feet, Mr Doronin collaborates with top-tier architects and designers worldwide.

Since founding OKO Group, a real estate development firm based in the U.S., in 2015, he has expanded its portfolio to include distinguished residential and commercial projects both domestically and internationally. Notable developments include Miami’s 830 Brickell, an A+ office tower in the Brickell Financial District, as well as luxury residential projects like Missoni Baia in Edgewater, Miami—Missoni’s inaugural residential collaboration—and Una Residences, a 47-story waterfront tower in Miami’s Brickell area.

Under his leadership, Aman expanded with Aman Tokyo in 2014 and the flagship Aman New York in 2022, housed within Manhattan's iconic Crown Building. Aman’s growth trajectory includes a robust pipeline with projects like Aman Nai Lert Bangkok (2025), Aman Rosa Alpina in Italy’s Dolomites (2025), Amanvari in Mexico, along with new locations planned for the U.S., Japan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the Maldives.

In addition, Mr Doronin introduced Janu, Aman’s sister brand, designed to foster connections and appeal to a broader market. The brand’s first location, Janu Tokyo, launched successfully in 2024, with future locations planned across Montenegro, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, South Korea, the Maldives, Thailand, and beyond.
