Yusif Jabbarov serves as the Chairman of NEQSOL Holding, leveraging over 20 years of executive leadership experience. He is a distinguished business leader, recognised for establishing world-class corporate governance frameworks. As the Founding CEO of NEQSOL Holding, Yusif’s expertise is in business transformation, modernisation, and emerging markets, enabling him to foster innovation and promote sustainable growth, while navigating highly complex market dynamics.

NEQSOL Holding has also become the largest foreign investor in Ukraine, amidst the war, owning Vodafone Ukraine, where he serves as a Board Director.

In addition to his Chairman role at NEQSOL Holding, Yusif holds significant board positions in companies such as Bakcell, Azerbaijan’s largest telecommunications company, and Norm, the largest cement producer in the South Caucasus.

He joined NEQSOL in 2013 as Deputy General Manager and CFO of Nobel Energy. Prior to this, Yusif was Vice Chairman of the Executive Board at one of Azerbaijan's leading private banks.

Yusif is known for his strategic vision and deep understanding of emerging markets. Through his leadership, he fosters growth, inspires young entrepreneurs and advocates for forward-thinking business solutions.
