Dee Dee Sklar’s Biography

Dee Dee Sklar is a highly respected senior finance and banking executive known as a transformational business leader with a wealth of deep expertise covering multiple asset classes gained during decades of global experience. She seeks interesting opportunities as NED or Advisor to sit alongside her current roles, both in the US and Europe.

Dee Dee’s advisory and leadership experience covers investments, financing, portfolio management, P&L Management, operations, strategy, transformation, compliance, capital sourcing, asset and risk management. She steered and managed a multitude of stakeholder relationships successfully, internally and externally including operations, creating outstanding results for her network of clients.

Dee Dee currently serves on the Nuveen Churchill Private Capital Income Fund (PCAP) and the Nuveen Churchill Private Credit Fund boards and is Senior Advisor to Coller Capital headquartered in London.

She has made notable contributions as former board member with 17Capital (acquired by Oaktree) and Atalaya Capital (acquired by Blue Owl). And a former... She is the Co-Global Chair of WFF and a member of various organizations, including a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards and the KPMG Women in Real Estate Steering Committee. She is a member of the C200 (Nomination Committee), Thirty Percent Coalition, NYSE ICE, FWA New York (Corporate Board Committee) and continues a business development role supporting the Fund Finance Association. Prior she was a founding member of Teach For Americas NY Region Board. Dee Dee is highly sought after as a keynote speaker and has fulfilled this role at many high-profile events.
