Paul Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Dermatology Partners, one of the largest dermatology practices in the country, caring for more than 2 million patients annually in over 100 locations. Under Paul’s leadership, the organization has broadened access to dermatological care in rural and underserved areas through philanthropic initiatives such as its Outreach Program.

U.S. Dermatology Partners has received numerous accolades, including recognition from the Dallas Business Journal as one of the best places to work. In 2022 and 2023, the company won the Comparably Awards for Best Company Outlook and Best Leadership Teams. Before joining U.S. Dermatology Partners, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer at NorthStar Anesthesia, a practice management company, where he oversaw and expanded the company’s work to provide anesthesia services to hospitals.

Paul is also a seasoned investor. He co-founded Emanation Partners, a research & analytics platform serving leading investment managers. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President at H.I.G. Capital, where he led healthcare sector investments, including in physician practice management and specialty pharmaceuticals.

In 2010, while completing his MBA, Paul worked as an Investment Professional at Stelliam Investment Management LP, a New York City-based hedge fund managing approximately $4.36 billion in assets.

Paul started his career as a Private Equity Associate at Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC (CHS Capital LLC) and an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis and investment strategies.
