Nicholas J. Singer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Purchase Capital, an investment firm that provides patient capital for public and private companies with strong potential for long-term value creation. It also acts as a sponsor to institutional investors, foundations, and endowments.

Nicholas has over 20 years of investing experience in both public markets and private equity. With an analytical and entrepreneurial approach, he takes an active role in the portfolio companies of Purchase Capital as it invests across a variety of asset classes and industries. Its primary holdings include Standard Amusements, OWYN (Only What You Need), and Eterna Therapeutics.

Nicholas is the Founder and Executive Director of Standard Amusements, an owner and operator of family entertainment properties across the United States, including the historic Playland in Rye, New York. Nicholas is the former Chairman of OWYN (Only What You Need), a leading brand in plant-based protein products.
