Focused on private equity, credit, secondaries and infrastructure, CVC is majority owned by its employees and led by its Managing Partners, with approximately €191bn of assets under management, €240bn of funds committed, and a global network of 30 local offices. Fred joined the senior management team in 2007 and sits on CVC’s Board, investment committees, and various panels including the Philanthropy Committee.
Prior to joining CVC, Fred was Chief Financial Officer of Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS) and served on the Board of NatWest Group.
Fred previously spent over 20 years with various public and private companies, including more than a decade at industrial conglomerate Wassall Plc, ultimately as Chief Financial Officer. He oversaw pre-acquisition review processes, including financial due diligence as well as post-acquisition review and integration.
