Karen’s Biography

Karen Mehiel is the Chief Executive Officer of Kampack, Inc., an organization which manufactures custom corrugated packaging solutions.

Karen is also Co-Founder of Five Pillars Yoga which has studios in both New York City and Water Mill, NY. At Five Pillars Yoga, Karen and her Co-Founder aim for their students to be given individualized attention from the teacher, rather than simply leading sequences. She is also collaborating with A Wild Dove on a Beauty and Wellness start-up.

With a range of board and council appointments, Karen is an advocate for many causes. She was on the Board of Directors of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, a nonprofit that works alongside local activists to ensure lasting positive change in governments and corporations. She is also on the Board of Artadia, a non-profit organization which offers funds to pioneering artists across the United States. She is a member of The Climate Group, a global organization which works to promote environmentally sustainable business practices, and the Stony Brook University Women’s Leadership Council.
