Kate Briant is a Senior Partner at CapVest Partners LLP and one of its founding members. She sits on the Investment Committee of the firm. Between 1997 and 1999 Kate worked at Bankers Trust, first in the Project Finance Group and thereafter in the private equity unit, BT Capital Partners. From 1993 until 1996 Kate worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg.
Kate graduated with a degree in Business, Commerce and Accounting (BCom), and a post graduate degree in Accounting (GdA) from the University of Cape Town.
