He is a Senior Advisor to KingsRock Advisors, a global investment banking firm with an active global network of senior investment banking executives.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in senior-level investment banking with specific expertise in private equity, leveraged finance, high-yield bonds, and mergers & acquisitions.

Michael has held prominent roles at several major financial institutions including as a Managing Director at Panmure Gordon, Marsh & McClennan, ING Barings and Bear Stearns. Michael began his career in investment banking at Chemical Bank, now part of J.P. Morgan Chase, in New York.
